Started of with a hearty breafast, cereal porridge and full English breakfast. We seperated off to continue with our different activities, Miss Vasey went fell walking for the day Mrs Tait went gorge walking and then to the low ropes and then the DEATH swing. Tonight Mrs Tait if off for a night walk through the woods and Miss Vasey's group are taking part in the team challenge in the house.
